Kick off the school holidays with the Manawatū Skating Club! Te Manawa’s Heritage Curator, Karis Evans, will be joined by the Manawatū Skating Club and Sharee Berry, daughter of Avis Berry – featured in our Local Sporting Stories exhibition. Sharee will share the story behind her mother’s accolades and you will have the chance to see the trophies from her private collections. Current skating club members will be available for Q&As, and there will be a special opportunity for our first 20 visitors to get involved in the sport!
